- non-participation of Special Adult Learning Programme (North) in the scheme, the work largely being done by Bedfordshire Educational Guidance for Adults Network; - criterion reports on approved training agent, i.e. BETA, the reports include the reactions of different Training Manager contacts and cover each of the following criteria - Equal Opportunities, Early Quality Monitoring and Staff Policies and Practices; - highly detailed BETA Development Plan, January 1989-March 1990; - concern at decision to allow Training Managers to recruit Employment Training clients, this hitherto having been the task of the Training Agent solely; - notes of a meeting on Employment Training staff development.
