- increase in rates of pay for Voluntary Projects Programme staff [1988]; - explanation of the original ILTS concept being superseded by three new approaches, provision of extra grants for teaching English as a Second Language to the unemployed, an initiative to commission and promote use of learning materials and extension of the Business Growth Training programme to cover teaching of English as a Second Language [1989]; - need for Bedfordshire County Council to finance ILTS following withdrawal of government funds from the scheme [1989]; - proposed visit to Pakistan by Bedfordshire teachers including itinerary and background [1989]; - notes on potential sources of funding for Industrial Language Training Units [1989]; - debate over future of ILTS staff [1989].
