    Roll 80a, the last roll The Manor of Willington View of Frankpledge with Court Baron of Sir William Gostwick, Knight and Baronet, Lord of the aforesaid Manor, held there the Twentieth day of April, in the Twenty Sixth year of the Reign of King Charles ll, [1674] by the grace of God, king of England, in the year of our Lord, a thousand Six hundred and Seventy four, before Thomas Christie, gentleman, Steward there. Essoins: At this Court, Thomas Smith, Richard Smith, James Luke gentleman, John Day, Nicholas Peake, John Child, Nicholas King, William Osmond, Robert Eansley, and William Mathew were excused. Plaintiffs: None Sworn men for the lord king: John Ashbolt Isaac Titford Richard Morgan Mathew Jones Nicholas Cooke Robert Crouch John Cocker sworn William Moody sworn William Hancock Thomas Fadlutt Thomas Cleyton and William Imney Richard Swinscoe The same were Sworn Men from the Homage for the Court Baron Defaults: Which charged and sworn men presented On Their Oath that Robert Man, xijd [12d], Thomas Barnes xijd [12d], Robert Piseley xijd [12d], Richard Richardson xijd [12d], Richard Sexton xijd [12d], Augustin Titford xijd [12d], Vincent Rowgane xijd [12d], are Tenants and Residents within this Manor and owe Suit of Court but have not appeared on this day to make Their Suit but have each made default when summoned. Therefore each of them is amerced by the Lord as above after their Separate Acknowledgements At this court Richard Titford, John Crocker the younger, William Jones, Thomas Ward, James Logesden, Edward Sansam, Thomas Leonard and Thomas Richardson were sworn and each of them pledged an Oath of Allegiance.
