Executrix cousin Mary Tucker of Devon; legacies to cousin Mrs Villacot, Reverend John Spurway, cousin Captain John May, all of Devon; to Reverend E.M. Griffith of Oxford; to the Marquis of Downshire and to his brothers, Lord Sandys, Lord Marcus Hill and Lord G.A. Hill; to Miss L. Inglis, sister of Sir R.H. Inglis; and to curate, Reverend John Blissard, at Hampstead Morris; to servants; to Lord C. Russell; to the Trustees of Trinity Chapel in the parish of Hampstead Norris, Berkshire, £3,000; also £200 for a parish school at Hampstead Norris; and £100 for gifts of great coats to deserving labourers in the same place; to the Rector of Eversholt £100 for restoring east window, and £200 for the building and establishment of a good parish school, and to be used also as as Sunday School; scholars to receive instructions according to the Church of England and attend the parish church on Sundays; £100 to S.P.C.K.; £100 each to Bedford and Berkshire Infirmaries.
