Medical Certificate. Parish of St Pancras in the County of Middlesex. Thomas Henry Cooper, Surgeon by direction of John Berwicke Greenwood Esq, one of the Magistrates of the Police Courts f the Metropolis sitting at Clerkenwell Police Court within the Metropolitan Police District and County of Middlesex. I have personally examined Susannah Cole, Spinster and she is insane. Ordered to convey her to County Lunatic Asylum, Hanwell, County of Middlesex. Copy order to the Overseers of Cople requesting payment of 14 shillings weekly.
