Edith was granddaughter of Joseph King Blundell; Eric great grandson of Joseph King Blundell. Most letters contain details of the Blundell family and its affairs; the wartime ones give a picture of Cirencester between 1939 and 1945. She also recommends books worth reading. The letters wers brought for copying by John Manning, 8 Nov 1984.
