- messuage in Eaton Socon and adjoining close of pasture containing 1/2 acre still reamin to ii) and title to above property also included in Feoffment 2 May 1707, between
(i) Margaret Whisson of Tempsford, widow, James Whisson, one of sons of said Margaret.
(ii) John Emery of Little Barford, now deceased.
By will of John Emery above property passed to ii)

i) covenants to produce deeds relating to above property on demand of ii)
