    Recites i) and ii) to lease to iii) - messuages in Hockliffe and pasture called Chason Hills, Paul's Mead or Little Mead, Lang furlong alias Long Furlong, North Mead and Coppie Moores containing 100 acres in Hockliffe. - cottage in Chalgrave late occupied by John Moseley and Mary Puryer with adjoining close late occupied by William Page and meadow containing 1rood in Chalgrave, late occupied by Gabriel Honner, adjoining bounds of said cottage and close upon condition that, on surrender of a lease of above property made by said Martha to Mary Impey, mother of i), for 21 years at rent of £32 p.a., the said Mary to enjoy said premises and pay half the taxes, and her assigns to enjoy property for 1 yr. after her death ii) to enjoy property peacefully during life of Martha and iii) until Susan and Thomas Impey, children of said Martha reach 21, and to receive yearly rent of £32 during the life of Mary Impey and after her decease all yearly rents to ii), for their enjoyment of 1/3 part of yearly value of said premises. If Marthja dies before Thomas Impey reaches 21, then yearly profits to William Stokes i) binds himself to deliver to iii) iindenture, 1Oct 1665 between Thomas Impey, deceased, father of i) and (ii) i) for said premises for term of 99 years. ii) bind themselves to deliver to iii) marraige settlement 12 Mar 1648, between Thomas Impey, late husband of said Martha and (ii) Ralph Grigg of Clements Inn, St.Clements Dane, gent NOW : said deeds delivered and if Thomas Impey, infant son of Thomas Impey and said Martha reaches 21, and within 1 year of coming of age leases said premises to said Martha for 50 year term, then ii) shall, by fine, release all her rights to other 2/3rds to Thomas Impey and within 1 month of such arrangements shall deliver said lease and surrender present lease and said marriage settlement to Thomas Impey the son. If Thomas dies before 21, without issue, property to i) and 1/3 to ii) and deeds delivered to i) Signatures : i), William Stokes, mark of Martha Stokes. Witnesses: Hen.
