    Deed Poll: Gift (dedi,concessi et confirmavi) from Thomas atte Grene of Eaton Bray (Eyton') to Thomas atte Bury of Totternhoe of: (a) messuage with land adjoining and all its appurtenances which lies in North Street,Totternhoe (vico del North' de Toternho) between the tenement of Walter le Clerk and the tenement and land of William le Rede and his wife Joan, late of Thomas le Rede, and abuts, towards the West, on the common street of the vill of Totternhoe (super communem stratam ville de Toternho). (b) 7 1/2 acres of land and meadow - land with appurtenances lying (particulariter iacent') in the fields and meadow - lands of Totternhoe and Eaton Bray viz. -1/2 acres in the North Field (campo de North') in Carnforlong next to land of Alice atte Grene on the North side -1/2 acres lying lengthwise (in longenutine (?)) next to land of Ely Em / Gin (?) on the East side (ex parte del est) -1 acre in Erchenden, a headland (forera), next to land of John Russell junior on the North side -1/2 acre at Estdyches in the said field next to land of Crach (?)
