- Scope and ContentDr. Alway gone to a Physic Feast at Whittlesea; left name, & went to Mr. Day's & took a mutton chop with him (he was going to Bigggleswade that evening on business with Lindsell). Friday went to Newmarket; good sport (details); saw Ramsden of Clophill, got wet through. Saturday saw young Mr. Mann; Cotton has been ill. Have not been to Lolworth yet. Saturday drank wine with Drage of Emmanuel & met the Gerys. Drage's brother has got the curacy (Drage was at Campton school with Wilkinson). The intended Mrs. Webb & Mother have visited. Tom Pearse very well. Heard famous Dr.Herbert Marsh preach. Cricket-match tomorrow.
