    Deed of covenents to produce deeds (attested copy) i)John Williamson, Baldock, Hertfordshire, Esq ii)John Reeves, Change Alley, Cornhill, London, banker Robert Tabrum of Bo[w?]head Court, Gracechurch Street, London, warehouseman (assignees of the estate and effects of John Casper Hartsinck, Julius Hutchinson and William Playfair, all late of Cornhill, bankers & dealers, chapmen and copartners, bankrupts) reciting lease and release of 24 and 24 December 1798 a) Richard Marriott, late of Grays Inn, late of Brook Street, St George, Hanover Square, but now of Dean Street, Soho, St Ann, Westminster, Esq b) said John Reeves and Robert Tabrum c) said Julius Hutchinson d) John Williamson for considerations as mentioned - Manor of Little Berkeford, Bedford - advowson and patronage of Rectory and Parish Church of Little Berkeford - free and several fishings on River Ouse in Berkeford, Eaton Socon and Tempsford - site of said Manor - messuage, tenement or farmhouse with arable, meadow and pasture ground (271acres, 2 rods, 9 poles) in occupation of William Emery - messuage or farmhouse with arable, meadow and pasture (266 acres, 1 rod, 5 poles) late in occupation of John Peck - messuage or farmhouse with arable, meadow and pasture land (267 acres, 17 poles) late in the occupancy of Edward Peck - tithes and tenths of corn, grain and hay growing on 80 acres meadow, part of lands in said release which said 81 [sic] acres although divided into several closes or meadows all adjoin each other N Henry Tingey W & SW River Ouse - cottages late in occupations of Edward Emery, John Selby, William Landon and - Lewis, William Beby, Edward Wells, John Darlow, Richard Emery, George Pell, Thomas Peck and Martin Ch[-] and now of Thomas Peck, John Living, John Waters, John Darlow, Richard Baldock, Dame Hodgson, Thomas Mayes, William Brightman, John Green, John Andrews, David Toaeland, Martin Guitchley and the overseers of the poor for Berkeford all now in the tenure or occupation of William Wass and Thomas Wilson - quit rent of 13s 4d out of lands late of Thomas Tingey and now of Henry Tingey in Berkeford - quit rent of 2s 4d issueing out of lands late of - Ashcombe in Berkeford and Aynsbury, in Bedfordshire which have been conveyed by a) b) and c) to use of d) deeds covenanted to be produced concern as well the title of the said Rectory and premises as also other property (of less value) belonging to ii) as assignees so has been agreed that said original deeds shall be delivered to i) on his covenanting to produce the same now i) covenants with ii) to produce if required - deeds as in schedule schedule: 20 December 1797 Bargain and sale between the bankruptcy commissioners and John Reeves, William Curtis and William Hutchins 14 April 1798 Bargain and sale between said bankruptcy commissioners and Reeves, Curtis and Hutchins 1 and 2 Oct 1798 Lease and release between Reeves, Curtis and Hutchins, with the bankruptcy commissioners, and Robert Tabrum signature of i) (copy) witnesses Ann Leger, Baldock Edward Cooch, Baldock 25 December 1798 certified true copy 10 July 1813
