    Trustees are to be appointed for the charity: Sir James Astry, John Burre, Richard Pedder, William Martin senior & junior, John Laurence, William Avery, Richard Carter, all of Harlington; William Burre of Shillington; Luke Aystry and James Bennett of Lincoln's Inn. When the trustees are reduced to 2 of 3, new ones are to be appointed. Lettice and Sir Francis Wingate are to pay various sums: £174.8s (32 years arrears) & £30 damages; £23.10s for the house and trees, & £10 damages; Lettice is also to pay £33.5s and £4.15s for her arrears; and Sir Francis Wingate £4.18s & 14s. The trustees are to spend £30 in building another house, and to use the remainder for the charity or as stock.
