--- surrender of messuage called Toppers, Manor of Ightenhill, leased from Mr Townley of Townley, esquire, now in occupation John Farrow and testator to use of William Midgly, Tunstid, Lancashire, gentleman and Richard Hitchon, Royle, gentleman, for lives expressed in the lease, in trust for uses – to let and dispose of the profits in same way as personal estate
