Recites Covenant to levy a Fine, dated 14 February 1809: Stephen Matthews and wife and John White and wife to Charles Austin. The moiety of messuage hereafter described. The moiety of a cottage (now divided into two parts) in Clophill, abutting west on Long Lane, formerly in the occupation of Peter Matthews and since of George Burridge; the reversion of which was conveyed by William Goodman to George Burridge, on 13 April 1786.
