Letters from A.L. Warren, Windsor; Miss Warren. Glad Edmund can go out. Obliged for your trouble which will come to nothing. Not all convinced by Mr. Coles' surveyor (although one of the first). Believe Mr. C. would not willingly give more than 1/2 the value for anything he purchased; inclined to think he wants to get off purchasing. Should like Custance's opinion of the value.
