Conveyance by 1) to 2) of
- all those two closes of pasture ground in the occupation of 2) in Spittle Furrowes in Pirton (1 1/2 acres), the closes of Dame... Saunderson (lately called Mrs. Degge) lying on both sides thereof, one of which said closes was heretofore called two sellions of land and the other a piece of pasture or ley ground and were both devised to Jane and her heirs by the said Robert Collison.
