    Details given: -- 1 acre arable in the East Field of Clophill, the lands thentofore of John Woodstock and late of Widow Costin north, and of John Carter south, abutting west on Church Way, held at yearly rent of 3 1/2d; -- also 2 1/2 acres in North Field and Tilekiln Field, whereof 1 acre lies in North Field, between land then late of Richard Read east and of lord of the manor west; -- 1 acre lies in Tilekiln Field, with a place called Clayhill on north; -- and 1/2 acre in Tilekiln Field, with Clayhill Baulk on north, holden at rent of 7d; -- also a close of meadow called Lady Mead (4 acres), adjoining a cottage formerly of William Brace and wife Elizabeth and afterwards of Samuel Carter, who sold it to William Ludgate, lying between the Common Hookes south, and the highway north, holden at rent of 8d; -- and also 1/2 acre in Church Field, with the glebe lands of the rectory of Clophill on east, holden at rent of 4d.
