Letter from Sir John Osborn. Have Sir Peter Payne's answer in which he declares himself a candidate for the county. Desiring Gresham to be active - we must not let the reformers have it all their own way. Wrote to Polhill my disappointment at his supporting the Reform Bill - no answer. Don't know what claim Sir William Long has on election account.
