Recites will of said William Hillersdon, 16 March 1724, bequeathing various chattels to his only son Thomas Farrer Hillersdon, brother Richard Hillersdon, William Farrer and Samuel Trench; and all lands not included in the settlement on marriage of his son, except the advowson of Colmworth.
