    Quitclaim (Release of right) of actions, for £75: Dennis Farrer of Cold Brayfield, Buckinghamshire, esquire, and wife Elizabeth (eldest daughter of William Hillersdon of Elstow, esquire, deceased), and John Parslow of parish of St Andrews, Holborn, Middlesex, esquire, and wife Margaret (the other daughter of William Hillersdon), to William Farrer of Inner Temple, esquire (father-in-law of said William Hillersdon), Richard Hillersdon of Goldington, esquire (brother of William Hillersdon), and Samuel Trench of London, salter (brother-in-law of William Hillersdon). Recites will of said William Hillersdon, 16 March 1724, bequeathing various chattels to his only son Thomas Farrer Hillersdon, brother Richard Hillersdon, William Farrer and Samuel Trench; and all lands not included in the settlement on marriage of his son, except the advowson of Colmworth.
