Unpaid £1,142.6s.8d Wylmer will get at Feast of All Saints 1590 £320 and All Saints 1591 £822.6s.8d. or pay off £200 yearly after All Saints 1591 On payment by Recognizance to Chancery the said Thomas Wylmer for him, his heirs executors and assigns "Covenaunteth by suche suffycyent lawfull and reasonable assurances covenances as by the sayd Richard, his executors shall be devyzed and such as shall not be preiudicyall to the said Thomas Wymer or his assigns for any covenant heretofore made with one Thomas Bedingfield deceased, to convey and assure to such parsons as the sayd Richard shall nominate all his interest which now he hath upon the lands of the sayd Richard by waye of extent, and also one statute heretofore knowledged by the sayd Thomas Southwell to one Roper of the somme of £400".
