Working papers regarding proposal that children from Fulbrook Middle School, Aspley Guise, no longer attend either The Cedars Upper School or Vandyke Upper School, Leighton Buzzard, those schools being overcrowded, but in future attend Wootton Upper School;

Children from Robert Bruce Middle School, Kempston would then transfer from Wootton Upper School to Hastingsbury Upper School, Kempston, however, parents from Bromham, Biddenham and Stagsden objected to this, forcing the Education Department to offer as an alternative that Fulbrook children attended Hastingsbury; a decision was finally reached to postpone a decision on future transfer.
