    Parties (i) Edmond Bedyingfeld of Redlingfield, Suffolk, knight, and Henry Bedyngfeeld esquire, son and heir apparent of Edmond; (ii) John Gostwyk esquire, treasurer to the lord King of the first fruits and tenths. Operative part - (i) to release (a)-(d) to (ii) by Michaelmas - (ii) to pay £121 to (i) Property (a) Part of the barony of Bedford with all leets, courts, wards, marriages, reliefs, heriots, rents etc. of that part of the barony (b) Part of the patronage of the parish church of Houghton Conquest (c) Messuages, lands etc. lying in Renhold, Wootton and Longford (d) All deeds and other muniments concerning that part of the barony, advowson and lands Covenant - (i) warrant that property will be free of charges and encumbrances - (i) warrant together with John Bedyngfelde esquire son and heir of Peter Bedyngfeld esquire, deceased, that they will meet costs and charges of securing the property against any claims to an interest in that part of the barony within the 2 years following the date of this deed
