Gave letter to the Miss Caters; they cannot yet fix price; wish Gostelow to report; fear G. will put the estate at the very last shilling rent it will fetch; if so, without tenants as soon as corn is lower. Pemberton has disposed of 130 acres to Dimock. Intends to purchase Kempton estate if price is fair. You can have one of the farms.
