- Ramridge Junior School: complaint from headteacher that, following loss of part of catchment area to Someries Junior School in 1977 the school intake was reduced in quality; opposition to loss of further part of the catchment area to Wigmore Primary School [1979-1981]; - Crawley Green Infants School: concern of headteacher at falling roll following the loss of part of the school catchment area to Someries Infants School [1979]; agreement to increase school catchment area [1981]; concern of headteacher that infant provision was to be offered at the new school [1981]; - projected figures (1980-1984) and catchment area roads for the following infant and junior schools: Sacred Heart Voluntary Aided Roman Catholic; Someries; Ramridge; St.Matthew’s; Putteridge; Stopsley; Hart Hill; Crawley Green; and Wenlock Voluntary Aided; - proposed catchment area for Wigmore Primary School; - notes of meeting with headteachers of local schools; - letters from members of the public opposing aspects of the catchment area for the new school [1981]; - Someries Junior School: opposition to losing part of the school’s catchment area to the new school [1981]; - suggestion that the catchment areas of Crawley Green Infants School and Wenlock Voluntary Aided Junior School should be made identical [1981]; - resolution to alter the new school’s status from a Junior School to a Junior Mixed & Infants School [Primary School] [1981]; - Chief Education Officer’s Report to School Transfer Arrangements & Catchment Areas Working Party on provision at the new school [1981].
