    Details of other property: -- the manor-house in the parish of Eaton Socon, with the appurtenant buildings, dovehouse, etc, and all manorial rights; -- lands (containing about 200 acres) lying severally in two Fields called Basmey Field and Hanger Leyes in parishes of Eaton and Great Staughton, Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire, belonging to the manor-house, in the occupation of Richard Weaver. -- Also the closes called: - the Shaddowes, with a cottage, in the occupation of John Richardson; - Morrice, with a cottage, in the occupation of widow Gray, with the wood-ground to these closes (containing 19 acres); - the Great Pasture with all the wood-ground within the said close (containing 88 acres); - the Oxe Close (4 acres); - the two Hooke Fields with the wood-grounds (73 acres); - the Home Wood (19 acres); - the Hooke Wood (7 acres); - Kexe Wood (5 acres); - the close called West Hall (9 acres); - a grove called Bayards Poole Grove (2 acres); - a close called the Lye (15 acres); - Gallione Close (8 acres); all in parishes of Eaton and Great Staughton, belonging to the manor-house. Being all the lands, etc belonging to the vendors, excepting a parcel of ground (4 acres) in the occupation of John Spencer, gentleman.
