-- monetary bequests: sister Susanna £2000, brother in law Peter Simond £1000, niece Susanna Louisa widow of Lord St John of Bletsoe life annuity and £500, niece Louisa Mary Ann Trevelyan the same, Sir John Trevelyan £200, to great nephew and godson Henry Beauchamp Lord St John £300 at 25 years, to George St John £500 at 25 years, to great niece and goddaughter Louisa Trevelyan £200 at 25.
-- residue of estate in trust to executors for investment, to be divided half among younger children of Susanna Louisa Lady St John, half among children of Sir John and Lady Louisa Trevelyan.
