    Lease for 30 years, at an annual rent of £10: William Duncombe of Ivinghoe Aston, Buckinghamshire, gentleman, to William Saunders of Potsgrove, yeoman. A messuage late in the tenure of Thomas Jennyn; also a pasture called Lovells; in Potsgrove; which Duncombe had lately had of the demise of John Rufford of Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, esquire, and Eleanor his wife, by deed 1541. Demise made in consideration of a term of years which Saunders had been granted in the 'parke of Moche Brykhyll nowe extincte' [Great Brickhill, Buckinghamshire].
