Letter from J. Hawley, Gt. Russell Street. Mrs. Master wrote - can now give you better account. Cotton came up from Lolworth: action brought against him for impounding sheep. The land in question (Catshole piece) disputed between Lolworth & Swassey; the proof must arise from usage. Cotton has put it in the hands of Bambridge, attorney. Can you enquire what usage was? then judge whether we should act, and how. Case may be put off till summer assizes.
