    Reciting: 2 Bonds, 14 December 1678 and 12 May 1681, (3) and his mother Lady Elizabeth St John, to William Stokeham, for payment of £300 and £200. Will of William Stokeham, 13 April 1698, appointing (1b and c) his executors. Decree Order in Chancery, 8 December 1698, by which (1b) was to have the interest on all moneys of her husband for her life, and afterwards interest to go to other legatees, some of whom assigned their rights to (2). Action for debt brought by (1) against (3), Trinity 1704. Agreement for payment by (3) of £500 by 1 April 1706, (1) promising not to prosecute in the mean time.
