John William Montagu[e], Earl of Sandwich, Richard Hussey Hussey, esquire. Grant by (1) to (3) as jointure and in bar of dower and thirds: - £500 per annum for life after his death, to be secured by rent charge on messuage farm, 974 acres 8 perches, at Bletsoe, occupied by William Robinson at £1,000 per annum. Conveyance of the farm by (1) to (4) (trustees) for this purpose.
