Conveyance (Feoffment): John Prior of Barton in Cley to Richard Milwarde of Feilden, both yeomen; for £13. A toft or pightle of meadow or pasture, containing 1/2 acre in the parish of Flitton, the land of Sir William Briers, knight, south and east, and that of Richard Milwarde north; which toft came into the possession of John Prior by the grant of Luke Prior of Barton, yeoman, father of John, by deed of 1627.
