Document endorsed 'Doctor Milward's Case'. ' ... concerning his Right of Feeding of other mens Lands at Fielden'. Gives a valuable and interesting description of the open fields and meadows at Fielden, and the rights of common over them, which were peculiar in that only the inhabitants of Fielden (two farmers) had the right of feeding after harvest, although others (called 'foreigners') held lands in the open fields.
