Devises
- to daughter Elizabeth Horne Nugent of Thames Ditton, Surrey, wife of William Nugent, labourer, £10;
- to Henry Gardner of St. Clement Danes, bookseller, in trust for said daughter Elizabeth, annuity of £60 per annum; and in trust to dispose of for Hannah Nugent, daughter of said Elizabeth Nugent, a small house in Huntingdon; also to said Henry Gardner £50 for himself.
Remainder of estate to daughter Averina Louisa Warren, executrix.
