Devises to cousin Talbot Williamson esq., in trust for brother George Aug. Horne, clerk, and in default of his issue to brother Charles Horne, and in default of the latter's issue to nephew Edmund Thomas Warren, contingent upon his taking the name of Horne. Devises to said Edmund Thomas Warren estates at Eastwood, Essex, Akenham, Herts, Croydon, Surrey and house in Holler Street, Soho. [Other small bequests]. Executors Talbot Williamson, Edmund Thomas Warren.
Witnesses: Elizabeth Newhall, Henry Balguy and George Eyre.
