Devises to son, Thomas Goodall 10 guineas; directs payment to be made of bond for £500 to son in law William Aveling of Aspley Guise, clerk, husband of daughter Elizabeth Tipping; this payment to be charged on copyhold messuages and lands in St.Neots; Subject to the above, the property is devised to Jeremy Fish Palmer of Bedford, gentleman, on trust to sell to pay off mortgage to son in law Edmund Williamson, clerk; the residue to be divided equally between daughters Mary and Elizabeth (there is also a mortgage to William Staines, gentleman). Daughters Mary and Elizabeth appointed executrixes.
