Golding is to procure for Cooper quitclaims of title to 1 1/2 acres called the Nabbs in Dogsthorpe, from Richard, Robert, Annie, Alice and Margaret Elsom, children of Alice Elsom, widow (from whom Cooper has bought the 1 1/2 acres in question) when each of them reach the age of 21.
