Demise in trust by (1) to (4) for 99 years, without impeachment of waste, for (2), and after his death for (3): -- manor of Wymington: manor house, 40 acres arable ley and meadow ground, 2 closes in Wymington fields, Lilly pounds close with dovehouse, in the occupation of Robert Peett, Harris’ close, 2 closes called Wagstaffes, 3 messuages in Wymington occupied by Edward Cockaine, George Clements and John Clarke, messuage farmhouse with land and closes in the occupation of John Clements, Debden close occupied by Thomas Carrell, pasture close in the occupation of Henry Finney, pasture close in the occupation of William Sturgess. -- mansion house called Hinwick Hall, Podington, with Spoute meadow, Upper Toft and Nether Toft, Upper Hall field, Nether Hall field, Horse close, the Side close, Edmunds close, and 90 acres in Hinwick and Podington fields in the occupation of Charles Livesay; 3 messuages in the occupation of Thomas Ekins, John James and Andrew Walker, Podington; Goodmans close and Islipps close, in the occupation of Robert Peett, in Hinwick. -- tithes and tenths yearly on premises in Hinwick. -- messuage and land in Woolaston (Northamptonshire), in the occupation of James Bond, with Court Leet and Court Baron.
