1. Elizabeth St John, Woodford, single woman, one of the daughters of Sir St Andrew St John, Baronet. (deceased) and sister of William St John, Baron of Bletsoe (deceased); 2. John Livesay, Hinwick Hall, Podington, esquire; 3. William Levinz, Grove (Nottinghamshire), esquire, Patricius Chaworth, Annesley (Nottinghamshire), esquire. Reciting: (1) is entitled to £1000 from her father’s will, and £3000 from her brother’s will.
Assignment by (1) of the £4000 to (3) in trust, to purchase estates to be conveyed to (2) for life, remainder to use of (1) as jointure, remainder in trust for children of the marriage as tenants-in-common (except eldest son, who will have estates belonging to (2) in Wymington, Podington and Woolaston [Wollaston] (Northamptonshire).
