    Parties: (i) Prince Thomas Duke of Norfolk and Lady Elizabeth Duchess of Norfolk his wife (ii) John Gostwyk Esquire Operative Part: - (i) released (a) to (ii) - (ii) to pay £800 to (i); £700 already paid, £50 be paid by Feast of St Michael the Archangel 1530 and remaining £50 by Feast of St Michael the Archangel 1531 Property: (a) Lordship and manor of Willington with appurtenances excepting advowsons, priorages and foundations of priories of Newnham and Chicksands, together with documents relating to that lordship and manor. Covenants: - before next Feast of the Nativity (i) at the cost of (ii) shall cause to be made to William Gostwyk, Edward Coppeley, John Wyton, John Ryseley, John Potter and Rauf Rokeby to the only use of (ii) and his heirs an estate in the said manor in fee simple discharged of all former liabilities - (i) covenants and grants to (ii) that (i), the king and any other persons having a claim in the lordship during the subsequent 5 years shall do whatever shall be reasonably advised by (ii), his heirs or assigns or by his learned counsel as required for the further good and assurance of (ii) - Duchess of Norfolk to provide warranty against Abbot of Westminster at the cost of (ii) - (ii) to deliver or cause to be delivered to (ii) before next Easter all listed documents in possession of (i); copies to me made by person(s) named and appointed by (i) and (ii) at the cost of (ii) - (ii), Richard Gressam and John Gressam of London, mercers, stand surety for 200 marks if remainder of purchase price not paid by (ii) on the said dates Witnesses: None
