A tenement called Cranewell with a croft adjoining and all the lands etc belonging to the tenement [not specified] in the village and fields of la Felde; also 7 acres of arable dispersed in the fields of la Felde, whereof 5 acres were formerly of Thomas Totegos and 2 1/2 acres were late of John Byrche; which said tenement etc they had of late of the feoffment of Richard Mylward. For term of her life, and on her death to William son of Richard and Agnes Milward, or in the event of his predeceasing Agnes, to Eleanor their daughter.
