Recites:- (A) Indenture: (i) said Thomas Wood, Laurance Madewell of the Middle Temple, gent., and Walter Markes of London, gent. (ii) said Francis Williamson. -- A great brick house, 3 messuages,14 tenements, in the parish of St. Botolphs without Aldgate. 3 March 1622/3. (B) ? Mortgage: The said Thomas Wood to the said Francis Williamson; the premises as in M1/13/1 [described above]. 19 March 1622/3. (C) Lease for 11 years.; rent £100 p.a. Thomas Wood to Francis Williamson. Premises unspecified. 18 March 1622/3.) Witnnesses: Edward Cason, Richard Pagitt, Richard Emery, Thomas Wastly, Henry Morris. Endorsed: (i) Thomas Wood surrendered to Francis Williamson his indenture lease. 20 July 1627. (2) "This deed was shewed unto Henry Kempe, Henry Morris, Roger Draper, Richard Pagitt, at their examination in chancery on part and behalf of Sir Francis Williamson defendant at the suit of Thomas Wood.
