a manor house in Kempston with Meadow, closes and warren ground containing 26 acres arable late in the tenure of Ralph Snagg and now of Matthew Denis; 7 acres meadow in Earles Holme; 8 acres in the Ham meadow; 40 acres arable late in the tenure of John and Thomas Amps and now of Thomas Bayes; 84 acres wood in Kempston wood; the manor house of Marston Morteyne with with 90 acres late in tenure of John Higgens and then of Ambrose Cooper and Silvester Doggett; View of frankpledge; except 17 acres arable on Windmill Hill Marston Morteyne late in the occupation of --- Peddler and Thomas Pierce.
