Scope and Content
1. Oliver St John, Woodford, esquire, Barbara his wife. 2. Sir Edward Nicholls, Foxton, Baronet. 3. Sir Thomas Alston, Odell.
Conveyance by (1) to (2 and 3), as trustees, to use of Oliver St John for life, then Barbara his wife for life, then to heirs male, in default of heirs male, to use of (2 and 3) in trust for 500 years, to provide £1500 portion to be divided among daughters of the marriage at age of 16. Part of property late of John St Andrew (deceased), (descended to Mary Piggott, Elizabeth Skeffington and Barbara St John):

Leicestershire: Rolston, Bilsdon, Laughton, Kilby and Foxton:

-- half of 2 yard lands at Rolston in the occupation of William Cureton.
-- three eighths of manor, messuage, cottages and lands at Bilsdon.
