-- the manor house of Marston Morteyne with 90 ac. and 7 closes -- 3 closes in Marston Morteyne called the Holmes, Gadwicks and Dovehouse, late in the occupation of Ambrose Cooper; 3 other closes called Ashcroft, Church close, and the Old Orchard in the occupation of Sylvester Doggett; Redlands close, 25 acres;
Matthew Denis will settle reversion to use of William's nominees for 30 years after William's death for raising of £2000 unless he (Matthew) gives security for paying it by £500 p.a., in which case the estate is assigned to Matthew and to his heirs male, or failing such to Matthew's brother William and his heirs.
