-- a close of pasture called longland in Cotton End, Cardington, adjoining the land of Lord Mordant west, and Stubbs close south; 2 closes called Stubbs in Cotton End, adjoining Longland north, and the close of Water [sic] Winches, gent., east; woods in Cotton End adjoining the highway called Leyser east, the ground of Water Winches north, a pightle called Stubbs west, and close called Wytheerswell south; arable land in Cardington and "Escotts" heretofore demised by Edward Manestie to Thomas Decons, father of the said George on 16 Jan. 1601.
