Assignment of lease, 23 May 1688, to (i)(a). Premises insured for £200, 6 January 1688, and assignment to (i)(a) on 28 May 1688. Assignment of lease, 6 September 1689, by (i)(a) to (i)(b) for £106, not yet paid. Assignment of lease on payment by (ii) to (i)(b) of £106, and by (ii) to (i)(a) of £94: --- Gelding close, St. Martins-in-the-Fields, Westminster, 20ft in front towards Silver Street, 66ft in depth, abutting south on Silver Street, north on the pest house wall, west on ground let to Richard Tyler, east on ground let to John James Senior --- messuage and stable built there.
