Title
We the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Marston Moretaine in the County of Bedford do by this writing under our hands hereby agree to acknowledge the settlement of Mary Appleby, widow of Robert Appleby to be in the said parish of Marston Moretaine. And we do further agree to receive and provide for the said Mary Appleby as a settled parishioner of our said parish without any order of Justices being made in that behalf. Thomas Bennett, Richard Randall (Overseers) W G Duncombe, (Churchwarden).
