- TitleJurors presentment that Edmund Wildman between 24 May and 30 June 1872 had obstructed the highway by digging holes and trenches and erecting a booth and theatre in the High Street, Biggleswade, between Rose Lane and Station Road, and along the east and north side of ground leading from Rose Lane to the High Street. Jurors also presented that the booth and theatre produced "loud harsh annoying and tremendous sounds and noises and discordant music" causing annoyance and disturbance to residents of nearby dwelling houses.
