- Scope and ContentIsabella Dickens: wife of Henry a Blacksmith. On 20 August, she had some stockings hanging on a piece of wire netting at the back of the cottage. She missed them. She had seen the prisoner before at the shop. Abraham Kennedy: having apprehended the prisoner on the charge of stealing a chemise, he had also recovered some stockings. He said he had found them on the road between Great Barford and Goldington. Statement of the accused: nothing to say.
