    No rent to be paid till Rouse has paid them all money now or in future due from him to them on arrears of interest in Mortgage on Hinwick Hall. 1891 Richard promised Rouse £3,000 loan to farm with. Richard security at Bank for £1,000 of this loan and part of remaining £2,000 advanced to Rouse by Richard. Till £2,000 paid, will not trouble Rouse for interest due upon the Hall Mortgage. 1891 Rouse agreed to pay 4% interest but so long as Rouse does not press for completion of loan, Richard not to ask for interest, despite fact paying 5% for it himself. £331 13s 3d owed not to be paid till convenient for Rouse. "Richard and Frederica will be left very short of ready money." Rouse to keep them in farm and garden produce etc. (specified). Cottage, cot, orchard, Baker's close with Susanna Brown's reserved to Richard and Frederica Orlebar. Sum owed by Rouse to Richard £925 8s 7d.
